The specifications of the equipment' workpieces specially used in sand blasting: Maximum outer diameter of workpiece: Ø 1200mm Maximum height of workpiece: 450mm Maximum inner diameter of workpiece: Ø 160mm Abrasive: white corundum Abrasive grain size: 60-100# (concrete grain size is determined by client) This equipment is non-standard equipment. The front of sand blasting chamber has cabin door. With the hinge adopting rolling bearing structure, the cabin door can be opened easily. The door lock is convenient by using imported double latch. With stroke switch set in the up side of cabin door, sand blasting operation can not be conducted after opening door to ensure security. With internal manual push rod, operators can open cabin door within cabin to avoid accidents. Cabin door also has observation window and hand hole.
3.2 Workbench (shown in following figure) Size of workbench: Ø 1000mm Thickness: 20mm Carrying capacity of workbench: 200kg Rotating speed of workbench: 5-50PRM, frequency conversion speed regulation The workbench has 6 same T-size tanks to use T-size bolt chucking parts and fixtures conveniently.
3.3 Circulatory system of sand blasting When sand blasting, sands will fall into the lower funnel of cabin and then be conveyed to cyclone separator by gas force. After separating, dust will enter dust collector and sands will flow into vibrating screen. After screening, the qualified sands will flow into sand storage box. Under sand storage box, there is gravimetric control system of sand blasting flow.
3.4 Control System of Sand Blasting Flow Sand blasting flow control: use German weightlessness screw feeder Precision of flow control: ≤±2% Range of flow: 1-10kg/min
3.5 Control System of Sand Blasting Pressure This machine adopts Italian electric proportional pressure reducing valve which is controlled by monitoring system closed-loop electric adjustment to ensure stable pressure blast when operating. Range of controllable closed-loop pressure: 0.05-0.7MPa Control precision: ≤±1% (full scale)
3.7 CNC System and Monitoring System of Sand Blasting Technological Process The machine adopts FANUC 31i CNC system and supported AC servo drive system. Control components are all imported name brand. With functions such as dustproof and damp proof, the electric control cabinet is equipped with cooling air conditioner, IPC (hardware and software) and 20" LCD. Monitoring sand blasting technological process and technological parameters:

If deviation over tolerant error value, then it will be automatically recorded and the machine will give alarm warning and stop automatically.
